Wi-Fi & Hotspot Troubleshooting

After configuring the charger settings, the Installer Miles app will connect to the the charger hotspot. During this time, please make sure the charger is in pairing mode for commissioning. This can be done by restarting the charger.

If there is an issue connecting to the hotspot, tap 'I need help'. Here, you can enter the charger's serial number manually, or by scanning the QR code (This should be located on an information plate on the side of the charger).

If you find your charger is not online, it is very important to ensure correctly enter your Wi-Fi password correctly in the charger settings.
