What to do if your tariff isn't found in the dropdown list?

Only the Zone owner and Admin have the authority to add or delete tariffs within the Zone.

If you cannot find your tariff in the dropdown list, you can manually add it by following these steps:

  1. Open the Electric Miles app.
  2. Tap the cog icon on the Zone screen.
  3. On the Zone Profile screen, scroll to the energy tariff section.
  4. To add a new tariff, select 'Energy tariff.'
  5. To modify an existing tariff, choose the current tariff, tap the bin icon in the top right corner to delete it, then add the new tariff.
  6. Select your energy tariff and its name from the dropdown menu, and tap 'Continue' to save.
  7. If your tariff is not listed, tap 'Add tariff manually.'
  8. Choose the tariff rate type: 'Dual Rate' or 'Single Rate.'
  9. Enter the required details, including the day rate, night rate, and night start and end times for dual rate tariffs, or the rate for single rate tariffs.
  10. Save and confirm your supplier and tariff rates and times.

This process ensures that your tariff information is accurately recorded and updated.
