What to do if your tariff isn't found in the dropdown list?

If you can't find your tariff in the dropdown list, you can manually add it by following these steps:

  • Open the Electric Miles app.
  • Go to the Zone Profile screen by tapping on the cog icon on the home screen.
  • If no Energy tariff has been added yet, tap Your Supplier. If a tariff is already listed, delete it first.
  • Choose your energy supplier.
  • Tap on Tariff Name.
  • At the bottom of the dropdown, select Add tariff manually.
  • Enter the Day rate.
  • For dual tariffs, enable Night rate and input the Night rate.
  • Set the Night rate Start time and Finish time.
  • Tap Add.
  • Finally, tap Save.
