What do I do if I can't find my tariff in the Electric Miles app?

We are committed to supporting a wide range of tariffs for our users. If you encounter a situation where your tariff is not available in the app, you can manually add it.

To manually add a tariff, follow these steps:

  • Open the Electric Miles app.
  • Navigate to ‘Settings.’
  • If no tariff has been added yet, select ‘Your Supplier.’ If a tariff is already listed, click ‘Delete’ to remove it.
  • Choose ‘Energy Supplier.’
  • Tap on ‘Tariff Name.’
  • In the dropdown menu at the bottom, select ‘Add tariff manually.’
  • Enter the ‘Day rate.’
  • If you have a dual tariff, enable ‘Night rate’ and enter the corresponding rate.
  • Specify the ‘Night rate Start time and Finish time.’
  • Tap ‘Add’ and then ‘Save’ to finalize.
