We are committed to supporting a wide range of tariffs for our users. If you encounter a situation where your tariff is not available in the app, you can manually add it.
To manually add a tariff, follow these steps:
- Open the Electric Miles app.
- Navigate to ‘Settings.’
- If no tariff has been added yet, select ‘Your Supplier.’ If a tariff is already listed, click ‘Delete’ to remove it.
- Choose ‘Energy Supplier.’
- Tap on ‘Tariff Name.’
- In the dropdown menu at the bottom, select ‘Add tariff manually.’
- Enter the ‘Day rate.’
- If you have a dual tariff, enable ‘Night rate’ and enter the corresponding rate.
- Specify the ‘Night rate Start time and Finish time.’
- Tap ‘Add’ and then ‘Save’ to finalize.
