How do I add or change my electricity tariff?

To add or update your electricity tariff in the app, please note that only admins or owners have access to this feature. Standard users will not have permission to modify energy tariff settings.

Here’s how to update your tariff:

• Access Tariff Settings:
  • Tap the cog icon on the Zone screen.
• Navigate to Energy Tariff:
  • Scroll down to the energy tariff section on the Zone Profile screen.
• Add or Change Tariff:
  • To add a new tariff, tap on 'Energy tariff.'
  • To modify an existing tariff, select the current tariff, tap the bin icon in the top right corner to delete it, then add a new one.
• Select and Save Tariff:
  • Choose the energy tariff and its name from the dropdown menu and tap 'Continue' to save it.
• Manual Tariff Addition (if needed):
  • If your tariff isn’t listed, tap 'Add tariff manually.'
  • Select the tariff rate type: 'Dual Rate' or 'Single Rate.'
  • Enter the necessary details, such as day rate, night rate, and night start and end times for dual rate, or the rate for a single rate tariff.
• Finalize:
  • Save and confirm your supplier and tariff details.
