I lost my card, what should I do?

If you've misplaced your RFID card, follow these steps:

  • Contact Charger Manufacturer: Reach out to your charger manufacturer to request a replacement card.
  • Pair the New Card: Upon receiving the new card, use the pairing instructions in the Electric Miles app to connect it seamlessly.
