My charger's serial number is not being recognized on the Electric Miles App. What should I do?

If your charger's serial number isn't being recognized, please try the following:

  • Check for character accuracy:
    • Ensure you are entering the serial number with the correct capitalization. Be mindful of common character mix-ups, such as 'I' vs. 'L' or 'O' vs. '0'.
  • Use QR code scanning:
    • If available, scanning the QR code on your charger is the most reliable method for entering the serial number correctly, as it reduces manual entry errors.
  • Try both methods:
    • If both manual entry and QR code scanning do not work, please contact our support team for further assistance.

  • Supported charger models:
    • Make sure to select the correct charger model during registration. Currently, we support the following models of EVIQ and Project EV chargers: EVA-07S-SE, EVA-07S-SE Silver, and EVA-07S.
