If you're experiencing issues with starting a charge using your RFID card, it may not be properly paired with the Electric Miles app. Although the card is provided with your charger, it requires a simple pairing process before it can be used to initiate charging.
To pair your RFID card, follow these steps:
- Open the Electric Miles App: Navigate to the settings menu.
- Select "RFID Card": Choose this option from the settings list.
- Tap "Add RFID Card": Follow the on-screen prompts to add your card.
- Position the RFID Card: Place the card near the charger within 30 seconds as directed.
- Verify Success: Once paired, the card will appear in your list. You can customize its name by tapping on it.
