What is flexibility?

Modified on Mon, 4 Nov at 1:22 PM

Flexibility is a programme sponsored by the government, to encourage service providers to limit energy consumption in certain areas which have high demand.

These certain areas have a higher demand during the peak hours, and the aim is to reduce that demand during those peak hours, by encouraging those taking part not to charge in the peak hours.

This is renumerated by the service providers, and some of this saving will be passed on to the users.
