What if I need to charge during a Flex window?

If you have opted in to a Flexibility window but then have an emergency where you need to charge your car right away, that is not a problem. We understand things cannot always be planned for, so there is an override button which you can use at any point to begin your charging as normal. Each time a window is not fulfilled, it will reduce the reward up to a point (around 65% fulfilment).
