Why is My Car Not Charging?

There are several reasons why your charger might not be functioning as expected. To troubleshoot, consider the following:

  • Ensure the cable is securely connected at both ends. It may require some additional force to achieve a proper connection.
  • Confirm that your charger is connected to the internet using the Installer Miles app to link it to your home network.
  • Check the Electric Miles app to verify that your charger status is "Ready to charge."
  • Review your EV car app settings to ensure they do not conflict with the charging app.
  • Disable any restricted hours set on the charger in the charger settings.
  • If the charger indicator is flashing red, contact the manufacturer for assistance.

Make sure the charger is receiving power.
