Yes, you can participate; however, if a SmartFlex event occurs while charging is in progress, the event will be overridden, and you may not be eligible for rewards. This is because charging is controlled directly by the charger in Plug & Charge mode, rather than through our service, meaning we cannot send signals to pause or manage charging during SmartFlex events. For full participation and to maximise rewards, we recommend switching to controlling your charger via our app.
