- In the app, tap 'Other settings'
- Tap 'Cloud server'
- Set configurations for Heartbeat interval, Meter data upload interval and Ping interval
- Tap 'save' to save your settings
Definitions:
- Heartbeat Interval - Length of time (seconds) in which a charging station sends heartbeats.
- Meter data Upload Interval - Length of time (seconds) in which meter data is sent
- Ping Interval - Length of time (seconds) the system waits between ping packets
