Before commissioning the charger using the Installer Miles App, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Ensure that your device is connected to the 2.4GHz network that the charger needs to connect to, especially during the initial commissioning.

    • If using iOS and attempting commissioning for the second or third time leads the app to navigate to native settings, please forget your Wi-Fi network and connect via mobile data.

  2. Turn on location services:

    • For iOS, grant access to the Installer Miles app for location services when using the app.

    • For Android, enable location services and allow access to the app.

  3. Verify that the charger is powered on by checking if the RCD switch is flipped down and the logo is illuminated.

These steps ensure a smooth commissioning process using the Installer Miles App.
