Why is there no cost indicated for my charging session?

  • Missing Cost Information: Costs may not be displayed on the charging history screen if no tariff has been added. Adding your tariff is essential for the app to calculate and show the expenditure for each charging session. Electric Miles can automatically determine peak and off-peak rates for most tariffs; we only need to know your specific tariff name.
  • Add Your Tariff: Tap on the banner labeled "Energy Supplier" at the top of the Overview screen. Follow the intuitive setup process to add your tariff.
  • No Active Power: Costs may also appear as zero if there is no active power consumption during a charging session. This can occur when the charger is idle or not supplying power to your vehicle.
