Why am I unable to Boost charge?

If you encounter issues with boost charging, please verify the following:

  • Restricted hours: Access the settings page and disable any restricted hours to enable continuous charging.
  • Proper connection: Confirm that the connector is securely plugged in at both ends
  • Solar preferences: Ensure that solar preferences are configured correctly. The charger needs a minimum of 6A to start charging if solar settings are active.
